What is a prompt?
A prompt is a question you run against AI engines. 1 prompt = running that question across all your selected engines — engines and countries are included at no extra charge.
When do prompts reset?
Every 30 days from your subscription date — not on the 1st of the month.
Do unused prompts roll over?
No — prompts reset every 30 days. Use them or lose them.
What happens when I run out?
Scans are blocked. You can purchase top-up prompts or upgrade to the next plan.
Do scheduled scans use prompts?
Yes — all scans consume prompts, including scheduled ones.
What is the per-scan prompt limit?
All paid plans above Starter are capped at 30 prompts per scan (Starter: 20, Lite: 5). Use multiple scans for broader coverage.
