By accessing or using TrueCite ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. TrueCite is operated by AI Collective Labs Inc. ("we", "us", "our").
TrueCite is an Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) platform that tracks brand visibility in AI-generated answers and generates content recommendations to improve that visibility. Features vary by plan as described on our pricing page.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method via Stripe.
Our IP: TrueCite, its logo, and the platform are owned by AI Collective Labs Inc. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without written permission.
Your content: You retain ownership of the business information and content you provide. By using TrueCite, you grant us a limited license to process your data to deliver the Service.
TrueCite uses Claude (Anthropic) to generate fix content recommendations. This content is provided as-is. You are responsible for reviewing and editing AI-generated content before publishing. We do not guarantee that publishing this content will improve your AI visibility scores.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee specific MentionShare score improvements, uptime (though we aim for 99.9%), or that AI engines will cite your brand after using our recommendations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Collective Labs Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of TrueCite. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms, non-payment, or if required by law. You may delete your account at any time from your settings page.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We'll notify you of material changes via email.
