Bulk Fix Generator
Bulk Fix Generator generates FAQ blocks, JSON-LD schema, and answer paragraphs for every missed prompt in a scan group simultaneously — instead of generating one fix at a time. Available on Starter and above.

Running bulk fixes
Complete a scan
Bulk Fix Generator works on a completed scan group — all engines must have finished scanning.
Go to Fix Generator tab
Navigate to Fix Generator in the dashboard sidebar and select the scan group.
Click "Generate All Fixes"
TrueCite identifies every prompt where your brand was not mentioned and creates one fix job per missed scan.
Monitor progress
Each fix job runs independently. A progress bar shows overall batch completion. Individual fixes complete in 15–60 seconds each.
Review results
Once complete, all generated FAQ blocks, JSON-LD schema, and answer paragraphs appear in your Fix Generator list.
Fix status types
complete
All 3 content blocks (FAQ block, JSON-LD schema, answer paragraph) generated successfully.
needs_info
Business description is too short (under 20 characters). Add a description in Settings → Business.
failed
Generation error — retry the individual fix from the Fix Generator tab.
Bulk vs single fix
Single fix
Generate content for one specific missed prompt. Best when you want to review the output before committing to a full batch.
Bulk fix
Generate for all missed prompts at once. Best for efficiency when you have many gaps to close after a scan.
Before running bulk fixes, add a business description of at least 20 characters in Settings → Business. Fixes without a description return ‘needs_info’ status and no content is generated.
