Support tickets
Every plan — including the free trial — can open support tickets from the dashboard. Tickets are threaded conversations: you and the TrueCite team reply in the same view, and every reply also lands in your email.
How it works
Open a ticket
Go to Support in the sidebar (Workspace group), click New ticket, and describe the issue. Set a priority so we can triage urgent problems first.
Threaded replies
Our reply appears in the ticket thread and in your inbox. Reply from the dashboard — the conversation stays in one place with full history.
Email notifications
You get an email whenever we respond, with a direct link back to the conversation.
Statuses
Tickets move through open, awaiting reply, resolved, and closed. A closed ticket cannot be replied to — open a new one instead.
Not signed in? You can still reach us through the contact form at truecite.ai/support — we reply by email.
