Schema Audit
The Schema Audit scans any URL for Schema.org structured data, detects missing schemas, and checks page meta tags and structure. Use it to audit your own site or benchmark competitors. Available on Lite and above.
What the audit checks
Schema.org types detected
All Schema.org types present on the page — FAQPage, Organization, Product, HowTo, Article, SoftwareApplication, and more.
Recommended schemas missing
High-impact schemas not present: FAQPage (most important), Organization, HowTo for guides, SoftwareApplication for tools.
Meta tags
Title, meta description, OG title, OG description, Twitter Card — present and optimal length.
Page structure
H1, H2, H3 counts, estimated word count, internal links — content signals that affect AI citation probability.
External URL audit limits
Running a schema audit
Go to Dashboard → Schema tab
Navigate to the Schema section in your dashboard.
Enter a URL
Enter your own domain (auto-filled from your business profile) or any competitor URL.
Review results
Results show detected schemas, missing schemas, meta data quality, and page structure in one view.
Fix gaps
For each missing schema, the Fix Generator can auto-generate the correct JSON-LD. Click 'Generate Fix' on any missing schema type.
Bulk schema scan (Pro+)
Pro plans can submit up to 10 URLs at once; Enterprise can submit up to 50. Results show all URLs scored in one view — useful for auditing your entire site or a competitor's site at scale.
Run the Schema Audit on your top 3 competitors before running Fix Generator. Understanding what schemas they have that you don't gives you a prioritized fix list that directly targets their AI citation advantage.
