What each column means (Scans CSV)
The Scans CSV is the most detailed format. Key columns: ai_engine — which engine was queried; prompt_used — the question asked; brand_mentioned — true/false; brand_position — rank 1–5 when mentioned; brand_sentiment — positive/neutral/negative; mention_share_score — 0–100; country — ISO country code; is_simulated — true if engine had no public API.
Using exports for client reporting
For client-facing reports, use the Summary CSV for a high-level overview, or use the PDF Report Generator (Dashboard → Export → PDF) for a branded, formatted report that includes charts and competitor comparisons. Pro+ plans can add custom logo and brand color to PDF reports.
For recurring reporting, run a scan at the same time each month and export the Summary CSV immediately after. This gives you a consistent month-over-month dataset for trend analysis.
