TrueCite generates a 2–3 sentence plain-English summary of your brand's AI visibility each day. Instead of reading raw data, you get a human-readable answer: “What happened with my brand in AI today?” Available on Lite and above.

Where to find it
The DailyNarrativeCard appears on your dashboard home page, below the main MentionShare stat cards. Click the refresh button to regenerate on demand at any time.
What triggers generation
At least 3 scans must have completed in the last 24 hours for a narrative to be generated. Without sufficient scan data, the card shows “Run a scan to generate your daily summary.”
For Starter+ plans, a daily cron job generates narratives for all eligible businesses at 8am UTC. For Lite plans, generation happens on demand when you visit the dashboard.
Set up a daily auto-scan on your most important prompts so TrueCite always has fresh data and can generate a narrative every morning.
